Paul Greenblatt

Paul Greenblatt is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Merchandising, and Culinary at Bell & Evans since January 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Meat & Poultry at Kings Food Markets and Balducci's Food Lover’s Market from 2017 to 2021, overseeing all meat and poultry categories for 33 specialty food retail locations across several states. Paul spent a decade at Whole Foods Market, initially as an Associate Meat and Seafood Director and later as a Meat Team Leader and Seafood Team Leader, managing high-volume departments with full P&L accountability and achieving top performance rankings. Earlier culinary experience includes roles as Chef De Cuisine at Alison at Blue Bell, Personal Chef at Penn Oak Estate, and Saucier & Chef Tournant at Le Bec Fin. Paul holds a degree in Culinary Arts with a focus on hospitality management and menu development from The Culinary Institute of America.
