Loes Putzeys has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Loes started their career as a Filiaalmanager at Kruidvat in 2003, where they were responsible for managing a successful store and handling various tasks related to logistics, merchandising, and ordering. In 2013, they became a Quality Coach at Kruidvat, focusing on improving operational processes and implementing projects. Loes later became a Districtmanager verkoop, overseeing multiple stores and ensuring their success. In 2021, they joined Cent Pur Cent as a Make-up Artist & Planner, utilizing their skills in makeup artistry and event planning. In 2022, they worked as a Freelance Make-up Artist at Bellapierre Cosmetics, showcasing their talent and expertise in the beauty industry. Currently, they are working as a Payroll Consultant International at Partena Professional, where they provide professional payroll services.

Loes Putzeys pursued their education in a chronological order starting with their bachelor's degree in Marketing at Hogeschool PXL from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at VLEKHO Business School Brussel, completing it from 2001 to 2002.
