Scott Swenson

Scott Swenson, Ed.D., is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Teacher at Bellarmine College Preparatory, where responsibilities include teaching senior-level Science Fiction and sophomore English II courses. With previous roles as Assistant Principal for Student Affairs and Assistant Dean of Students, Scott has managed student programs and budget oversight, as well as implemented safety protocols for active shooter situations. Prior teaching experience includes middle school instruction in various subjects at Saint Catherine of Alexandria Catholic School and Carden El Encanto School, focusing on diversifying curricula. Scott holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of San Francisco, a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University, and an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Mission College.
