Dana Hummel

Dana Hummel, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bellarmine University, a position held since August 2017, while also previously acting as Director of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Dana served as the Director of Human Resources - Benefits at the University of Louisville from May 2007 to July 2017. Educationally, Dana holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership in Higher Education from Bellarmine University, earned between 2019 and 2023, a Master of Education in Occupational Training and Development from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Bellarmine University.
