Will Haire

Will Haire is currently the CEO at BellaVix, but they got their start in the advertising industry with Bobsled Marketing. Will worked as the Advertising Manager there from December 2017 to March 2019. In that role, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies on Amazon. Will managed up to 25 accounts and a team of 3 people. Will's client-facing responsibilities included defining advertising strategies, modeling new campaigns, creating short- and long-term roadmaps, prioritizing projects by impact, controlling cost, communicating with clients on regular calls, and validating the impact of ads on clients' accounts.

Internally at Bobsled, Will played a significant role in scaling advertising operations. Will did this by refining processes through the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contributing to internal thought leadership platforms (books, podcast, blog, white papers), and assisting in the sales process by establishing himself as an authority. Will also spearheaded Bobsled's Demand-Side Platform (DSP or Programmatic Ads) service offering by pulling from their personal network and developing sales documentation, pitching to existing and new clients, developing marketing material, and developing internal processes for team members. In addition, they played a crucial role in developing Bobsled's Off Amazon service offering by tapping into their experience as a SEM manager.

Will Haire has a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Quinnipiac University. Will also has a Certification from Amazon Advertising in Amazon Advertising Sponsored Ads - US Marketplace and a Certification from Amazon Advertising in Amazon Learning Console Early Adopter. In addition, Will is certified from Alison - Free Online Learning in Professional Project Manager, and has a Certification from Amazon Marketing Services in Amazon Advertising Platform AAP Accreditation. Finally, Will is certified from HubSpot in Inbound Marketing Certified and Hootsuite Media Inc. in Social Media Certified Professional.
