Azzedine Finley, CPA, CMA

Azzedine Finley is a CPA and CMA with diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Azzedine started their career in 2010 as an Investment Advisor Representative at Gerber Kawasaki, Inc., where they created financial plans and assisted employers in setting up benefit plans. In 2012, Azzedine joined JEM Financial Group, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, where they produced monthly financial statements for a non-profit organization and managed accounts payable and cash collections. They then progressed to the role of Senior Associate at the same company, where they prepared multi-national consolidated GAAP Financial Statements and performed month-end close activities for clients in various industries. As Manager & Technology Lead, Azzedine built and managed a team of four to perform consolidated GAAP Financial Statements and tax returns for clients in industries such as SaaS and Medical Devices. They also performed asset valuation and produced pro-forma financial statements for a real estate development project. Most recently, Azzedine joined Bellco Capital as an Associate Controller in 2019. Overall, Azzedine has demonstrated their expertise in financial statement preparation, internal control implementation, and team management throughout their career.

Azzedine Finley, CPA, CMA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance & Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Prior to attending university, they attended Brentwood School, but the specific details of their degree or field of study during that time are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Azzedine obtained their CPA from the California Board of Accountancy in December 2018 and their CMA from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA® institution in October 2017. Azzedine also holds Securities Licenses (Inactive) from FINRA, acquired in January 2010.
