Holly Cummings has a diverse range of work experience in training and development roles. Holly is currently the Director of Training at Belle Tire, where they lead the transformation of the Training Team into a valuable business partner. Prior to that, Holly worked as a Training Manager at Belle Tire, where they brought industry best practices and operational efficiencies to the team.
