Dan Korgan

Dan Korgan has a diverse background spanning several roles and industries, currently serving as an Associate Teacher and Botanist at Bellefaire JCB since March 2013. Previously, Dan was a Programmer at Case Western University from June 2011 to January 2014, where the experience was notably positive alongside Alison Hall. From April 2008 to January 2011, Dan worked as a Chef at Vocational Guidance Services, focusing on teaching kitchen skills to adults with autism. Early in their career, Dan co-owned Korgan's Restaurant from January 1976 to March 1983, taking on various roles including waiter, manager, and chef. Dan Korgan holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University and has a strong educational foundation in Biology and Botany from Portland State University, along with a certificate in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from Portland Community College.
