Tony Paulsen

Tony Paulsen possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and security management. Currently serving as a Police Officer at Bellevue Police Department since June 2022, Tony has previously held significant roles at Union Pacific Railroad, including Supervisory Special Agent, Director of Response Management Communications Center, and Manager of Physical Security from June 2013 to June 2022. Prior to that, Tony was the Chief Deputy Sheriff in Buffalo County, Nebraska, from January 1997 to June 2013. With a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston obtained between 2019 and 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney completed in 1994, Tony combines academic knowledge with practical experience in the field.
