Merja Strengell

Merja Strengell currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Bellmer, focusing on HRD, recruiting, HSEQ, and project development since February 2021. Previously, Strengell was an Advisor at Tuocon Oy, specializing in recruiting, business coaching, and interim services from January 2014 to February 2021. Strengell contributed to ecoDa's Working Group on Digitalisation and Boards’ Selection from 2012 to 2017, and was a Board Member at FCG and the Directors' Institute Finland. In leadership roles at Talentum Oyj, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, and as Head of Department at AFRY, Strengell facilitated significant mergers and acquisitions and managed extensive engineering projects. Strengell has a Master’s degree in Environmental Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and completed postgraduate studies at Aalto University in change management and corporate responsibility.
