Veena Pillai

Veena Pillai is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bellomassi Foods since September 2023, Veena is responsible for developing HR policies and managing recruitment processes in accordance with UAE labor laws. Prior to this role, Veena held the position of HR Manager at Interiors from November 2011 to March 2023, where accountability included providing comprehensive HR services to staff and ensuring adherence to operational policies. Earlier experience includes an HR role at JVI from October 2008 to October 2011, focusing on recruitment processes and salary negotiations.
