Arianna Avallone

Arianna Avallone is a highly skilled policy assistant specializing in energy systems, currently engaged with Bellona Europa, where responsibilities include analyzing electricity grid policies, supporting advocacy efforts, and drafting publications. Previously, Arianna served as a graduate research assistant at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy, focusing on coal phase-out and Just Energy Transition research. As co-founder and head of projects for IAPSS Italy, Arianna led initiatives in political science, while also working at the Mercator Research Institute on the intersection of human health and climate change.
