Alexandra Maria Rangel Cepeda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Country Manager at Belltech and Co-Founder of SmartJob, Alexandra focuses on providing innovative outsourcing and recruitment solutions. With a strong commitment to gender equality in technology, Alexandra holds positions on the board and as a member of Mujeres TIC. Previous roles include General Director at SILICE, CXO and COO at Davinci Technologies, and Corporate Technology Manager at Falabella Retail, where Alexandra was responsible for overseeing various operational technology aspects. Additionally, experience as Systems Coordinator at Bank of America allowed Alexandra to establish foundational operational capabilities within the organization in Colombia.
