Lynelle Lynch is the current Owner of Running Y Ranch Resort, a destination resort offering various amenities and outdoor adventures. Prior to this role, Lynelle served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bellus Academy, where she focused on training future industry leaders and changing the perception of careers in Beauty and Wellness. With a background in business development and marketing, Lynelle held the title of President at San Diego Beauty Academy and Director of Business Development at Loreto Bay Company. Additionally, Lynelle has experience in strategy and operations, having served as Vice President Business Strategy at Turf Paradise and COO at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Lynelle's career also includes a long tenure as General Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue.
