Robert James Mrics

Robert James MRICS has a diverse work experience in the field of land and property development. Robert started their career at Savills as a Development Land Surveyor and later transitioned to the Energy & Infrastructure Development role. In 2010, they became a Director at Ochrol Limited, where they specialized in land and property site searching. Robert then joined SiteFlow as a Director, overseeing the company's operations. In 2018, Robert joined Gleeson Strategic Land as a Land Manager and was later promoted to the role of Senior Land Manager at Gleeson Strategic Land Limited. In 2021, they worked as an Associate Land Director at Wates Group before moving on to their current role as a Project Director (Strategic Land) at Bellway Homes.

Robert James MRICS attended Oxford Brookes University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a 2:1 degree in Real Estate Management. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Wordsworth's School from 1998 to 2002. Robert James MRICS also attended Salisbury Cathedral School from 1992 to 1997.
