Kelly Robson Foster

Kelly Robson Foster is an educational professional with a robust background in teaching and educational policy. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Bellwether since March 2013, Kelly previously held positions as a Middle School English and History Teacher at the District of Columbia Public Schools from July 2011 to February 2013 and as a Middle School English Teacher at Westerville City Schools from July 2008 to July 2011. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Education Policy Analysis from The George Washington University, along with a Master of Education in Middle Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, both from The Ohio State University.
