Additionally, Shawna has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University, the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, and Philadelphia University from 2016 to 2022. Prior to the current position, Shawna worked as an Occupational Therapist at FOX Rehabilitation from August 2014 to February 2017. Shawna holds a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, completed in 2014.
