Nancy Shea

Nancy Shea is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Care Design New York since March 2018. In addition to this role, Nancy Shea is the Owner of Shea Training Solutions, established in December 2017. Previously, Nancy Shea spent over three decades at YAI, culminating in the position of VP of Learning and Talent Development, where responsibilities included managing a workforce of over 4,500 employees while promoting person-centered support. Nancy Shea's career at YAI also included oversight of training compliance for more than 6,000 employees and roles as Director of Learning & Talent Development and Sr. Coordinator of Training Day Services. Nancy Shea holds a Master of Arts in Special Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, completed in 1983.
