Kate Hartley

Kate Hartley is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Belmont Green Finance Limited since May 2020, Kate previously held significant roles such as Head of Compliance at RateSetter and Pepper (UK) Limited. Additionally, Kate spent over a decade at GE Capital, where responsibilities included Deputy Head of Compliance, Regulatory Affairs Leader, Data Protection Manager, and Regulatory Adviser. Kate earned a BEd degree from the University of Derby, majoring in History and IT, after completing education at Spalding High School.
