Brad Packard

Brad Packard has a diverse range of work experience in the field of housing development and community development. Brad most recently served as the Executive Vice President at Belmont Housing Resources for WNY, Inc., where they were responsible for developing and administrating housing development and affordability strategies and programs. Prior to that, they held roles as Vice President and Director of Housing Development at the same organization.

Before joining Belmont Housing Resources, Brad worked at Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation as the Director of Development & Planning, where they managed real estate acquisition and development planning. Brad also served as a Project Manager at the company.

Earlier in their career, Brad worked as the Assistant Director of Community Development for the Town of Clarence, where they were responsible for managing public hearings and presentations, enforcing town codes, and coordinating with government agencies.
