Gregg Barnes

Gregg Barnes has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Gregg most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Belmont Medical Technologies since 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Exec. Director Human Resources at Olympus Corporation of the Americas from 2011 to 2018. In this role, they provided strategic HR support and leadership for two business units. Before that, Barnes worked at Iron Mountain as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for a 12-state area and supporting the SVP of Revenue Management. Gregg also served as the HR Director at KLA-Tencor ADE Division, where they integrated the people and processes of ADE into KLA-Tencor and developed global HR strategies. Earlier in their career, Barnes worked as an HR Manager at Teradyne, NEC Computer Systems, and Novellus Systems, providing generalist support and implementing various HR programs.

Gregg Barnes has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Golden Gate University. Gregg also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Colgate University.
