Mark Pulaski

Mark Pulaski is a seasoned service and repair management professional with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Service and Repair at Belmont Medical Technologies since April 2019, Mark oversees diverse operations including in-house depot repair, field service, technical support, service training, and distributor support with a focus on delivering service excellence and driving revenue growth. Prior to this role, Mark was the Technical Support Manager at Samsung NeuroLogica from October 2005 to April 2019, where Mark established and managed support for medical imaging devices, including CT and ultrasound, after building the service operations from the ground up. Mark's career began at Analogic, where as Director of CT Test and Verification, Mark ensured product compliance for OEM customers, and as a Software Engineer, contributed to the development of CT scanner technology for Philips Medical Systems. Mark holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Boston University, a Master's Degree in Marine Studies from the University of Delaware, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Merrimack College.
