Eric Kennedy

Eric Kennedy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Eric started their career at Ardent Health Services as a Senior Manager, where they negotiated contracts, hired psychiatrists, and conducted clinical drug trials. Eric then moved on to UHS, where they held the role of Senior Manager at Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. Here, they rotated between Montevista Hospital and Red Rock hospitals, overseeing inpatient beds and different service programs.

Eric then transitioned to Seven Hills Behavioral Health Hospital as the Chief Executive Officer, where they managed inpatient and outpatient substance abuse and mental health services. Eric also held risk for 550,000 covered lives under a capitated behavioral health/substance abuse carve-out agreement.

Following their time at Seven Hills, Eric served as the Chief Executive Officer of Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, overseeing the startup of operations and successfully opening the child and adolescent wing and the forensic service wing ahead of schedule.

Eric then joined Acadia Healthcare as the Group Chief Executive Officer, where they oversaw multiple facilities and treatment programs. Eric expanded the Longleaf facility and played a key role in reorganizing and managing operations at Parc Place.

Eric also worked at UHS as the Group Chief Executive Officer, responsible for three separately incorporated and licensed companies. Eric served as the direct CEO of Arbour Hospital's three campuses and managed a full continuum of services.

Eric'smost recent position was at Summit Behavioral Health Care, where they served as the Division Vice President. Eric's most current role is as the Chief Executive Officer of Belmont Pines Hospital.

Eric Kennedy's education history begins with their bachelor's degree in Journalism from West Virginia University. The exact dates of their undergraduate studies are not provided. Following this, they pursued a master's degree in Social Work from the same university and completed it in 1995.
