Arpit Garg

Arpit Garg is currently the VP of Business and Product at Belong. Prior to this, they were a founding member of the product team at Belong.co, where they led product strategy and launch of two new Enterprise SaaS products (Belong Engage and Belong Elevate) from scratch. Garg has also worked as an Associate Consultant at RedSeer Consulting and as a Summer Intern at iMarkServ.

Garg has extensive experience in defining business goals, product vision, GTM strategy, pricing and product roadmap. Arpit has also worked closely with sales and marketing teams to convert multiple $100k deals, with the largest deal size close to $500k. Additionally, they have managed a team of 30+ members consisting of Product Managers, Designers, Analytics, Developers, Data Scientists and Customer Support Executives.

Under Garg's leadership, Belong has seen increased DAU/MAU by 2x for early adopters by solving pain points across user journey. Arpit has also helped grow ARR by ~95% in FY2019-FY20 and reduce churn by ~15% by continuously working with all the customers (50+) and launching new features to automate the mundane work done by recruiters with the help of technology and Data Science.
