Ignacio García Giménez

Ignacio García Giménez is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in backend development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Belong, Ignacio previously held key roles at Rebill as a Technical Lead, where a subscription processing subsystem was redesigned to handle substantial volumes of transactions. Ignacio also worked at BITLOGIC.io, initially as a Software Engineer and later as a Technical Leader, focusing on system maintainability and scalability using TDD and DDD practices. As a co-founder of Easy Order, a startup designed to support the gastronomy sector during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ignacio developed a web application for in-store orders. Earlier experience includes developing a security monitoring system at Desit SA that processes millions of events monthly. Ignacio holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
