Adam Chirico

Adam Chirico serves as the Vice President of Operations and previously held the position of Director of Information Technology at Beltone New England since October 2010. In these roles, Adam collaborates closely with the leadership team to devise and implement technology solutions aimed at enhancing customer experience and revenue. Adam's expertise includes analytics and business intelligence, information systems management, and technical support escalation. Prior experience includes a position as a Helpdesk Technician, where Adam managed technical support for over 150 team members across multiple states, and as an EasyTech Sales Associate at Staples, focusing on customer service and technical diagnostics. Adam holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Network Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology.
