Chase Pagon

Chase Pagon is a Quantitative Trader at Belvedere Trading, LLC, since August 2023, having previously served as a Quantitative Trader Intern at the same company from June 2022 to August 2022. Pagon's responsibilities included options valuation, game theory, hedging, and portfolio analysis, along with assisting on the trading desk with order execution and trade reconciliations. A research project focused on quantitative strategies for market making and analyzing large datasets to enhance proprietary trading algorithms was also conducted. Prior experiences include working as a Software Engineer Intern at BallerTV, contributing to full stack development, and as a SURF Researcher at Caltech, where an algorithm for geolocating tweets was developed using natural language processing techniques and deep learning. Pagon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Caltech, earned between 2019 and 2023.
