Niya is skilled in developing and implementing QA policies and strategies, as well as leading teams to ensure compliance with certifications like SQF. With a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph, Niya also has a background in research and project management, particularly in the field of coffee physicochemical changes and product development.
