Karla R.

Karla R. has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and related roles. Karla began their career in 2010 as a Receptionist at Emerson, where they had advanced use of Office 2007, Commutator (12 lines), Copying machine, Files, Coordination Parcel, Labor Agendas, and advanced management of Honeywell System EBI R300.1. In 2013, they became a Becario Comunicaciones at TEMPLE, where they developed user manuals for software and translated documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English. From 2015 to 2018, Karla worked as a Human Resources Manager at GRUPO DRAGON, where they implemented a Human Performance System to define business models of the organization and restructure all areas. Karla also conducted annual development and training evaluations, and was responsible for organizational climate, integration dynamics, induction, on-boarding and welfare practices, and internal communication. From 2018 to 2019, Karla was VP of Human Resources at Mutuo Financiera, where they implemented the Human Resources department and created compensation packages according to the needs of each area. Finally, Karla is currently People Lead and People Associate at Belvo, where they are responsible for creating salary packages and employee retention.

Karla R. obtained a diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota in 2020. Karla also completed a Leading People & Teams course at the University of Michigan in 2020. From 2013 to 2016, they studied Licenciatura en Psicología at Universidad de las Américas, A.C. In 2013, they obtained a Microsoft Office 2010 certification from Microsoft. In 2016, they obtained a TOEFL certification.
