Lia Cunha

Lia Cunha has extensive legal experience, with their most recent role being Senior Legal Specialist at Belvo. Prior to that, they worked at Alice, where they were responsible for legal privacy matters. From 2017 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Serasa Experian, including Senior Lawyer in Data Protection and Regulatory Consultancy. Before joining Serasa, they worked at Assis e Mendes Sociedade de Advogados and Burger King do Brasil. In 2013, they worked as a legal intern at Advocacia Cunha e Associados, where they focused on contract and labor law. Prior to pursuing their legal career, they participated in the Walt Disney World International College Program.

Lia Cunha has pursued their education in the field of law. Lia completed their undergraduate degree in law from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU in 2014. In 2017-2018, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Direito dos Contratos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2018, they completed a course in Direito de Proteção de dados pessoais from CEU LAW SCHOOL. In 2020, they completed a course in LGPD: DPO e Programa de Proteção de Dados from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
