Melissa Kauffman

Melissa Kauffman is an experienced editorial professional with a strong background in content management and digital media. Most recently, Kauffman served as the Group Editorial Director for Catster and Dogster at Belvoir Media Group from April 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing website and magazine content creation, editing, writing, photography, video production, and social media efforts. Prior to this role, Kauffman worked at Lumina Media as Executive Editor and Senior Group Editor, leading the development and ongoing production of multiple pet-related magazines. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Director of Content and Digital Media at I-5 Publishing, managing content strategy and editorial teams for 15 websites, and as Website and Magazine Editorial Director at BowTie Inc., where Kauffman directed content creation and SEO practices for 18 brands.
