Shara Bailey is an experienced finance and operations professional with a diverse background in accounting, management, and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Controller/Accountant at Bement & Company since September 2022, Shara's responsibilities include overseeing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes while consulting on clients' accounting activities. Previous experience includes leadership roles such as Operations Manager & EOS Integrator at Pursuit of Profit, where Shara directed a team to develop a B2C SaaS product, and positions at Lendio and Big O Tires, where Shara managed loan officers and administrative functions.
