Cigal Bartal

Cigal Bartal has extensive experience in program management and leadership development, currently serving as a manager at Ben Horin & Alexandrovitz since July 2022. Previously, Cigal worked as a Program Manager at JDC (The Joint) from May 2015 to July 2023. Cigal's educational background includes a Master’s degree in MBA - Management of Non-for-Profit Organizations from the University of Haifa, complemented by ongoing studies in NLP Master, NLP Coaching, and NLP Practitioner certifications at various institutions since 2019. Additionally, Cigal holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
