Karen Driscoll has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Karen currently holds the position of Racial Equity & Inclusion Director at Ben & Jerry's since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Raben Group as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from February 2016 to October 2021. In this role, they provided strategic advice and guidance to corporate, nonprofit, and foundation clients, developed and implemented diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, conducted trainings on bias and privilege, and coached executive leaders on inclusive leadership. Before joining The Raben Group, Karen was the Brothers Sons Selves Manager at the Liberty Hill Foundation from October 2013 to January 2016. Karen'sresponsibilities included project management, supporting leadership development for young men of color, coordinating campaign events, managing communications, and data entry. From an earlier role, they served as the Assistant to the Executive Director at the Kposowa Foundation from 2009 until October 2013.

Karen Driscoll completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from Pepperdine University in 2010, and later obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Entrepreneurship & Change from Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education & Psychology in 2012. In 2023, they received an additional certification in the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company.
