Kimberly Nicola

Kimberly Nicola has a diverse work experience in the legal and intellectual property fields. Kimberly began their career in 2004 as an Online Anti-Piracy Specialist at IP Services, Inc. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Patent Data Analyst at Computer Packages Inc. Kimberly then joined Corbis in 2007 and held various positions including Intellectual Property Enforcement Specialist and Intellectual Property Enforcement Lead. In 2016, they joined BENlabs and worked as a Legal Program Lead until 2018 when they became the Legal Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Business Operations at BENlabs.

Kimberly Nicola obtained a Certificate in Information Security and Risk Management from the University of Washington in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communication from PennWest Edinboro between 1999 and 2004.
