Atul Kochhar is a renowned chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Serving as Chef Patron at Benares Restaurant since August 2002, Kochhar has made significant contributions to modern Indian cuisine. Prior to this role, Kochhar held the position of Executive Chef at Tamarind Restaurant from November 1994 to August 2002, and served as Sous Chef at Oberoi Hotels between 1990 and 1994. Kochhar's culinary education was completed at IHM Madras, graduating in 1990.
