Alan Maniscalco is an accomplished chef and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant and bakery industries. As the Chef/Owner of Rally Pizza since May 2016, Maniscalco has developed a neighborhood-centric restaurant that specializes in Neapolitan-style pizzas and local cuisine. Previously, Maniscalco co-founded KEN'S ARTISAN PIZZA, LLC, and served as production manager at Ken's Artisan Bakery, where a strong emphasis was placed on sourcing high-quality, local ingredients. Early career roles include Bakery Team Leader Trainer at Whole Foods Market, and Bread Team Leader at Avalon International Breads. Maniscalco also co-founded Stone House Bread, contributing to the artisan bread scene in Northern Michigan. Maniscalco holds a degree from the University of San Francisco.
