Alan Maniscalco is an accomplished chef and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant and bakery industries. As the Chef/Owner of Rally Pizza since May 2016, Maniscalco has developed a neighborhood-centric restaurant that specializes in Neapolitan-style pizzas and local cuisine.
