Joyce Li is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth and digital marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Growth at Bench Accounting since March 2022, Joyce previously held key roles including Marketing Director at Neilson Financial Services, where the successful launch of new life insurance brands was achieved. Prior experience includes positions at McAfee as Growth Marketing Manager, leading retention strategies, and multiple roles at RBC, focusing on digital marketing and credit card acquisition. Joyce's career began at CIBC as Marketing Manager and was further developed at MediaCom Canada and OMD Canada, where digital media planning and strategy were emphasized. Joyce holds an MBA in Marketing from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University, along with a Certificate in E-Business and Web Marketing from the University of Toronto.
