Penny Dockrill

Penny Dockrill, MA, CHRL has had a diverse range of work experience in HR and people operations. Penny'smost recent role was as Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Bench Accounting, where they provided leadership and direction to a remote HR team. Prior to that, they served as Director of People and HR Operations at Wattpad, where they focused on core HR functions and strategic planning. Penny also had experience as a Manager of HR Operations at Payments Canada and as a Manager of Talent and HR Programs at Algonquin College. Earlier in their career, Penny worked as a Recruitment Manager at PCL Constructors Canada Inc. and as a Staffing Coordinator at The Roberts/Smart Centre. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to provide effective HR solutions and enhance employee experience.
