Tinnaphop Sathitwongkun

Tinnaphop Sathitwongkun is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in people development and operational services. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Benchachinda Group since November 2019, Tinnaphop has played key roles in strategic planning, staffing KPIs, and providing HR solutions to support line management. Prior experience includes work as a Human Resources Specialist at Bangkok Hospital, and as a Human Resources Supervisor at Thai Foods Group, where responsibilities encompassed manpower planning and compliance with HR policies. Tinnaphop's career also includes a tenure as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at CPF Group.
