Dean Talanehzar

Dean Talanehzar is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Talent at Benchling since October 2020, Dean also contributes as a Board Member for Golden Bridges School and previously for Neighborhood Playgarden. Experience includes leading talent initiatives at The Climate Corporation and Zynga, where Dean garnered recognition, including the Green Beret Award for significant contributions to internal mobility. Dean has a strong background in recruiting, having played pivotal roles at GoGrid and Symantec, and has demonstrated expertise in improving employment brands and implementing recruitment systems.
