Paula Gadomski

Paula Gadomski has a solid background in product design and user experience. Paula most recently worked at Benchling as a Lead Product Designer. Before that, they were a Senior Product Designer at Indigo, where they led various design projects that improved user workflows and onboarding experiences. Paula also has experience as a Senior Product Designer at athenahealth and as a User Experience Intern at athenahealth. Paula began their career as a User Experience/UI Development Intern at Albany Institute of History and Art. Paula has a strong educational background, with a Graduate Teaching Assistant role at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to their design roles, they gained experience as an Executive Recruiter at The Execu|Search Group.
