Saura Naim has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and IT industry. They started their career at 3Com as a Senior Commodity Manager, responsible for ASIC and Silicon Commodities. They then moved on to Intransa, where they served as a Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations. At Juniper Networks, Saura held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Business Transformation Office, Senior Director of Development and Innovation Business Operations, Senior Director of IT Business Transformation, and Senior Director of Build to Stock Operations. During their time at Juniper, they achieved significant accomplishments, such as improving profitability, enhancing business agility, and delivering product transformations. Most recently, Saura worked at WorkBoard Inc. as the VP of Technology, Security, and IT, where they established a Program Management Office, implemented an enterprise-wide security strategy, and created technical onboarding programs. Their next role will be as the Vice President of Information Technology at Benchling, starting in 2023.

Saura Naim's education history includes attending the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Stanford Executive Program.
