Joseph Rutt

Joseph Rutt has a diverse work experience throughout their career. Joseph has worked as a Senior Art Director and Art Director at Benchmark Education Company since 2018, where they are responsible for leading design projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer (Freelance) at the same company from 2017 to 2018.

Before joining Benchmark Education Company, Joseph worked at Level C, Inc. as a Designer from 1998 to 2018. Joseph has also worked in the freelance capacity for renowned companies such as L'Oréal and Elizabeth Arden as a Digital Designer, where they designed marketing campaigns for various platforms.

Additionally, Joseph has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Part-Time Faculty at Parsons within The New School. Joseph taught graphic design courses and provided guidance to students in digital design.

During their earlier professional years, Joseph worked as a Design Supervisor at HarperCollins Publishers, where they managed the design process for a wide range of book titles and supervised a team of designers, illustrators, and photographers.
