Katherine Scraper

Katherine Scraper is an experienced writer at Benchmark Education Company since 2006, contributing expertise in educational content. Prior to this role, Katherine worked in public elementary schools from 1990 to 2011, serving as a classroom teacher, Reading Recovery teacher, and schoolwide reading facilitator at various schools including Payne Elementary School and Gordon Parks Academy in Wichita, Frances Willard Elementary School in Arkansas City, and Lincoln Elementary School in El Dorado, Kansas. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Education from Southwestern College and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Wichita State University.
