Shivanshu Mishra is currently a Customer Success Trainee at Benchmark Gensuite® since April 2025, where responsibilities include problem-solving and communication, among other skills. Shivanshu completed a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from SHRI RAMSWAROOP MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, LUCKNOW, in January 2024, and earlier obtained higher secondary education from Dayawati Modi Public School in April 2020.
