Susan Boone

Susan Boone has over 20 years of experience in customer relationship management, business development, and environmental health & safety. Susan currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Subscriber Services at Benchmark Gensuite®, where Susan is responsible for managing a global customer portfolio. Prior to that, Susan held various roles at GE Aerospace, including Lean Six Sigma Trainer and Environmental, Health & Safety Program Manager. Susan holds a Master's degree in Environmental Health Engineering from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
