Sarah James began their work experience in 2010 at OCTALOG, where they served as a Consultant from August 2010 to December 2012. Sarah then moved on to Benchmark IT Solutions LLC in July 2014, taking on the role of VP of Strategic Business Initiatives.

Sarah James completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Pittsburgh from 2012 to 2014, with a focus on Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations.
