Victoria Jaramillo has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Victoria has held various management positions, including Director of Front Office at Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, Resident Manager at Starwood (Four Points by Sheraton), Assistant General Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group, and Front Office Manager at Hyatt-Hotel Victor. Victoria has also worked as a Front Office Assistant Manager at Morgans Hotel Group and as a Reservations Coordinator at Hilton Grand Vacation Club. In addition, they have experience as a Front Desk Supervisor at Starwood Properties and as a Reservations Agent at Intercontinental Hotel Group-Holiday Inn. Victoria began their career at American Airlines, where they worked in passenger service. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring quality guest service, and developing strategies to meet company goals and objectives. Victoria has also mentored and developed staff and has experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Victoria Jaramillo has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from San Buenaventura University, with a focus in Law. Victoria also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad ICESI.
