Luke Vanstone

Luke Vanstone has a diverse work experience in various industries. Luke is currently employed at Benchmark Space Systems as the UK Business Development Manager, where they are responsible for delivering and expanding the company's propulsion technologies in the UK and EU markets. Prior to this, Luke was a member of the Environmental Task Force and Co-Chair of the Upstream Testing Group at Space Scotland (SSLC).

Luke also worked at STFC, where they held two roles. As a Business Development Manager for Small Satellites at the Higgs Centre for Innovation Facilities, they managed the entire lifecycle of business development and collaborated with industry, academia, and government on commercial work and funding bids. Additionally, Luke served as a Business Development Manager for Business Incubation, supporting incubators covering Biotechnology, Materials Chemistry, and Advanced Engineering on the Sci-Tech Daresbury Campus. Luke Vanstone completed their high school education at The Manchester Grammar School from 2005 to 2012. Luke then attended the University of Liverpool from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tropical Disease Biology. From 2015 to 2016, Luke pursued a Master's Degree in Molecular Control of Parasites and Disease Vectors at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
